This account will allow you to review the last 30 days worth of messages for all your associated records and configure your contact information how you would like to receive notifications. It’s also available in the App Store on Apple products or in Google Play on Android products.

School Closing Announcements Via Text Message
This year AAPS will begin to send school closing announcements via text message in addition to calls and emails. You can opt in by texting “Y” or “Yes” to our school’s short code number 67587. We will also be sending out a message from that number in September for individuals that haven’t subscribed yet.

 

PowerSchool Parent Portal
The Ann Arbor Public Schools encourages all parents to set up Single-Sign On accounts to access the PowerSchool Parent Portal. It’s also available in the App Store on Apple products or in Google Play on Android products.

A2 Schools App
Keep the Ann Arbor Public Schools website with you while you’re on the go by downloading the free Ann Arbor Public Schools App.  It’s Available in the App Store on Apple products or in Google Play on Android products by looking up Ann Arbor Public Schools.  Once you have downloaded the app go to settings to select the schools you want to receive information from including the building’s calendar.

 

 

Bus Tracker App
Our school bus partner, Durham School Services provides an application, Bus Tracker, allows parents and guardians to view the location of their child(ren)’s bus locations in real time with relationship to their assigned bus stop. This application is available through a web browser or the app stores. The service is free of charge to parents/guardians and provided at no additional cost to the school districts serviced by Durham School Services.
